Beyond the Pale Ale

What begins as a classic West Coast pale ale, this beer goes well beyond with the addition of 80 pounds of apricots! Tettnang, Fuggles, and Cascade hops provide balance to the grain bill of 2-row brewers, Carapils, pale ale, and wheat malts.

ABV: 5.0% // IBU: 25

Powder Monkey Pilsner

Named for the dam workers who packed all of the explosives, this beer is flavorful and refreshing, yet not filling. Pilsen and Carapils malts give this brew a light, malty character and straw color while the palate is balanced with three hops - Target, Tettnanger, and Fuggles.

ABV: 4.7% // IBU: 41

Whiskey Amber

We love brewing traditional styles and then moving in a new direction. This American amber is crafted from Caramel and Munich malts, hopped with French Fuggles, and conditioned with Tennessee whiskey barrel wood giving it a distinct, spirited finish.

ABV: 5.6% // IBU: 30

Hell's Hole Hefeweizen

A true Bavarian-style hefeweizen, this thirst-quenching wheat beer is made with 2-row brewers malt and Bavarian wheat. Hopped with Herschbrucker Hallertauer, Spalt and Perle, the hints of banana and clove come from the special Bavarian yeast strain used.

ABV: 4.8% // IBU: 16
Year 16 BC Cold IPA

Our 16th Annibrewsary Ale named by our friend, Annie Aispuro. Cold IPA's are ales fermented at lower temperatures than normal. Combine this with a lighter grain bill, and you get a clean, crisp, dry IPA that really showcases the Centennial, Azacca, and Cascade hops.

ABV: 6.0% // IBU: 63

Vanilla Cream Coffee Stout

At first sip, the gentle notes of Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans are apparent. Next, the comforting flavor of French roast coffee. Finally, the sweetness of lactose is balanced by the dark roasted malt bitterness. Like your first cup of coffee in the morning, this is a beer to be savored.

ABV: 5.6% // IBU: 49
