Prickly Pearadise

Our 17th Annibrewsary Ale is here!

An American wheat ale, this beer gets its deep scarlet color from over 100 pounds of real prickly pear. The rich fruit tartness pairs (pears!) perfectly with the mellow wheat malts and soft hop balance.

ABV: 5.7% // IBU: 18

Powder Monkey Pilsner

Named for the dam workers who packed the explosives, this beer gets its light body and straw color from Pilsen and Carapils malts, while the palate is balanced with Target, Tettnanger, and Fuggles hops.

ABV: 4.7% // IBU: 31

Hell's Hole Hefeweizen

A true Bavarian-style hefe, this refreshing beer is made with 2-row brewers and white wheat malts. Hopped with Herschbrucker, Perle, and Spalt, the hints of banana and clove are from the German yeast strain.

ABV: 4.8% // IBU: 16

High Scaler Pale Ale

A twist on our signature pale ale! We use loads of 2-row brewers, Pilsen and Carapils malts, and seriously hop it up with German Perle, domestic Summit, Chinook and Cascade. Finally, 100% natural pineapple is added for a nice, tart bite!

ABV: 5.5% // IBU: 32

Year 16 BC IPA

Our 16th Annibrewsary Ale, cold IPA’s are brewed at lower temperatures and with lighter grains than more traditional American IPA’s. This produces a cleaner, drier beer to really place the hops (Centennial, Azacca, and Cascade) centerstage.

ABV: 6.0% // IBU: 55

Vanilla Cream Coffee Stout

At first sip, the gentle notes of Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans are apparent. Next, the comforting flavor of French roast coffee. Finally, the sweetness of lactose is balanced by the dark roasted malts. Like your first cup of morning coffee, this is a beer to be savored. â€‹
