Powder Monkey Pilsner
Named for the dam workers who packed all the explosives, this beer is flavorful and refreshing, yet not filling. Pilsen and Carapils malt give this brew a light, malty character and straw color. The palate is balanced with three hops - Northern Brewer and Tettnanger from Germany and Styrian Goldings from Slovenia.

This brew is a light American wheat ale with a hint of fruit. We start with white wheat and 2-row brewers malts, balance with German Perle and Tettnanger hops and finish with 40 pounds of all-natural pureed pomegranate.

A refreshing German style, this beer originated in Munich as an answer to the rising popularity of pilsners. Hell can be translated as "bright," "light," or "pale." Light straw in color with subtle hop notes and little bitterness, this is a very drinkable beer.

Ocho Loco IPA
Our 8th Annibrewsary Ale first brewed in 2015 and named by our friend Steven Crosby. This IPA gets its deep reddish-gold color from 100% pale ale malts. The tropical notes and bitter finish are thanks to Chinook, Citra, and mosaic hops. You'll go loco for this signature beer!

This ruby-black brew is made with four malts; two-row brewers, Munich, caramel, and black; and balanced with East Kent Goldings and Target hops. The complex finish is from the deep roasted malts and the late addition of chocolate.

High Scaler Pale Ale
Our version of a west coast pale ale uses loads of 2-row brewers, Pilsen, and Carapils malts. Seriously hopped up with German Perle, domestic Summit, Chinook, and Cascade, we throw an additional two pounds of Cascade straight into the fermenter.
